The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) is in the final stages of developing its Qualified Allocation Plan for 2013 and 2014. The QAP includes a number of changes, and CDAD invited its members to help respond to MSHDA’s invitations for comment to ensure that these changes don’t make affordable housing development projects in Detroit more difficult.
You can find information on the recent draft and MSHDA’s process of incorporating stakeholder feedback here.
And you can download the written comment that CDAD submitted here: CDAD QAP Comment.5.11.12.
