As the Detroit trade association of community development organizations, CDAD enhances the capacity and effectiveness of Detroit’s CDOs, other community‐based organizations and initiatives, and Detroit residents through advocacy, training, technical assistance, information sharing, education, expanding financial resources, and facilitating common action.
